The association recently created our own database for
membership files. We still have some tweaking to do and we need
your help. If you are not receiving your newsletter or notice
incorrect information on the letter you did receive, please contact

This year’s parade theme is “Happy 250th Birthday Springfield”.
The fun begins on Friday, June 17th, with the annual golf event at
Crown Point Country Club. Registration is from 11:00 to 12:00
with tee-off time set for 12:30. The Springfield Elk’s Club is host to
the Alumni banquet on Friday evening. Social Hour begins at 6:00
with dinner being served at 7:00.

On Saturday, June 18th, the parade kicks off at 10:30 and ends at Riverside School where the Classic Cars and parade floats will be on display. There will be food vendors and something for the kids, with the Upper Valley Community Band playing for your enjoyment.

If you would like to contribute to one of the Alumni Association’s
scholarship funds, please mail your check to SHS Alumni
Association, 13 Fairground Road, Springfield, VT 05156 with a
notation as to what scholarship you are supporting. Also,
remember to check out our website at www.shsalumni.com.
There you will find a wealth of information, including parade
themes for the next five years.

We have accomplished a lot with the hard work of our trustees
and volunteers, with fresh ideas and lots of energy. If you have a
little spare time, come and join us. We always need help with
committees and welcome new ideas.
