Entry for Non-Members $125.00 / CPCC Full Membership $100.00
 
PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE TOURNAMENT DAY
 
The entry fee includes golf, cart, and a "to go lunch" choice of burger or sausage and chips (starting at 11:30 am) and a make your own taco bar after tournament.
 
Prizes will include team, special event awards and of course the AIR CANNON.

The SHS Golf Committee has a new way to register your team for this year. The form is still located at https://www.shsalumni.com/annual-golf-tournament however instead of downloading and sending to us you will be required to complete the form online and once you submit the form it will be forwarded to our new email shsalumnigolf2003@gmail.com. Your registration email will be timestamped and confirmed received so you will know that your team is in. If you have any questions or need to make any changes, please email us at shsalumnigolf2003@gmail.com.

We suggest that the “Captain” of your team be the person in charge of registering your team to alleviate duplication. We may not have all the emails of your previous teammates; hence this form is to continue updating our files going forward.

Last year we had a few teams that could not get in because it filled up fast, so with a maximum of thirty-two teams it is important to get your registration completed ASAP to assure your team gets in.

 

Remember, you must fill out each space to Submit this registration form, and you will receive your Confirmation Received acknowledging your team is in the top 32 teams.
