Annual Meeting

​All are welcome to attend the annual meeting.  

​

  •    The minutes of the last meeting are read, both treasurer reports are given.All are voted on to be accepted.

  •     Election of the trustees whose terms are up.

  •     Awards are given to the class winners 

  •     Suggestions from those present are recorded to what the parade theme        should be in "5" years. The trustees make the final vote in September.

Annual Meeting/Banner & Float Prizes will be held under the
tent following the parade at Riverside Middle School. Approximately 1pm.
